Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

Diagnostic deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to one rescheduled appointment when notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit any deposit paid.

Saturday Emergency Diagnostic appointments require payment prior to dispatch and are non-refundable once the technician has been dispatched.

Customers unavailable upon arrival or unable to provide access to equipment may be charged the full diagnostic fee.
